Official Sweepstakes Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY

A donation or purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Vitera Cares Music Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Promotion begins on September 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on September 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Open to U.S. residents age 18 or older. Employees, board members, and immediate family of Vitera Cares are not eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

A) Free Online Entry: Complete the entry form at www.viteracares.org/2025-sweepstakes.

B) Optional Donation: Donations do not improve your chances and are not required for entry.

C) Mail-In Entry: Mail a 3x5 postcard with name and contact info to Vitera Cares Sweepstakes, 6607 Brodie Lane #215, Austin, TX 78745. All mail-in entries must be received by September 14, 2025.

6. PRIZES

Total ARV: $6,000 USD. One (1) Grand Prize: $4,000 AeroMexico vouchers. Four (4) Delta eCredit prizes: $1,000, $500, $300, $200. Vouchers subject to airline terms. Limit one prize per person.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected on or around September 15, 2025. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 7 days. Required documents may include an affidavit, W-9 form, and publicity release.

8. TAXES

All taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for any prize exceeding $600.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, winners grant permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. PRIVACY

Information submitted will be used only for administering the sweepstakes and, if opted-in, for future communication from Vitera Cares and Mariachi Rock Revolution.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vitera Cares is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries, or technical issues affecting entry. The Foundation disclaims liability for any issues related to prize use or sweepstakes participation.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion. Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

14. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Vitera Cares Sweepstakes, 6607 Brodie Lane #215,  Austin, TX 78745, by November 30, 2025.
